GIAOHANGNGAY
A platform for merchants to create and manage online and offline stores. The product is closed; I now provide maintenance support only for existing customers who still use it.

Role & responsibilities
- Worked with the PO and BA to analyze requirements, discuss solutions, and turn them into an implementation scope.
- Managed the development team, built new features, maintained APIs, and reviewed team members' code.
- Connected technical decisions to how merchants and shoppers actually used the product.
Results
- Built a system that supported merchants in managing online and offline sales.
- Created a flow that helped shoppers find stores near their location.
- The product is now closed; I only maintain and support existing customers who continue to use it.
